Mark Waters brings his diverse venture capital, risk management and investment experience to CKF Metals. He was one of the highest revenue-generating banker for mortgage banks like M & I Bank, First Republic Mortgage, and American Mortgage. He has collectively raised more than $100 million for clients, including several algorithmic currency trading and investment platforms. He also played a key role in the passing of Utah House Bill 317, which made gold and silver a legal alternative tender to the U.S. dollar.

As a Senior Consultant to Secure American Gold Exchange, Mr. Waters ensured the company’s gold investments and physical gold bullion deliveries were designed and implemented effectively. He has also launched several currency exchange and commodities trading platforms, negotiated and secured the distribution of financial products through various companies, and identified and vetted strategic partnerships for companies like Vision Bancorp.

Dr. Crispin Dalsing has been a leading exporter of precious metals out of Asia and Africa since he founded CK Futures in 2009. He has established refinery accounts and credit facilities with many major refineries approved by the London Bullion Market Association and negotiated rare metal sales to major international sovereign funds and insurance companies. Throughout his 25-year career as a doctor, business owner, executive, and partner, he has successfully run a multi-million-dollar medical practice and held C-level administrative positions in several major US hospitals.

David Howard brings extensive management and operational capabilities to CKF Metals. He has founded multiple globally-operated companies including UOI Gold & Diamonds (UOIG&D) DMCC, JLT, DUBAI, U.A.E., a DMCC-regulated commodities company specializing in precious metals and UNITY ONE, Inc., a licensed private investigation and international trading corporation specializing in international asset protection and transportation as well as financial and corporate intelligence

Prior to his success in international business and trade, Mr. Howard was an accomplished Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI). He has unique experience in Counterintelligence (CI), Counter Terrorism (CT) and Law Enforcement (LE), and has worked extensively with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
