Speakers:

Carolyn Hastings joined Bain Capital in 2008. She is a Partner on the Credit team and member of the Private Credit Group. Carolyn is also a member of the firm’s Credit Committee. Throughout her tenure in the Private Credit Group, Carolyn has held origination, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring responsibilities. She has broad experience structuring investments that span the balance sheet and has partnered with dozens of private equity sponsors to finance companies in the technology, telecom, healthcare, consumer, and hospitality industries. Carolyn is an active member of Bain Capital’s Women Connecting Network and serves on a number of corporate and philanthropic boards.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was an Associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners and an analyst in the Healthcare Group in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.

Nate Whittier joined Bain Capital in 2013. He is a Partner, Portfolio Manager, Credit Committee member, and oversees the Structured & Asset-Based investing teams for our Credit business. Nate is also a Portfolio Manager for our Multi-Asset Credit strategies.

Prior to his current role, he was a Risk & Oversight Committee member, responsible for risk management and portfolio analytics across the firm’s strategies.

Tom Morelli joined Lincoln Financial as Vice President, Investment Distribution, where he supports the distribution of the firm’s suite of more than 100 sub advised variable insurance funds, mutual funds, model portfolios, and other investment solutions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tom served as Head of Wealth Management at T. Rowe Price, where he oversaw home office and field sales and the infrastructure supporting strategic relationships across broker/dealers, RIAs, banks, and platforms. During his tenure, the firm significantly increased sales and assets across a diversified product lineup, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETFs, and alternatives. He brings more than 25 years of experience in investment distribution.
