Summary:

Following a multi-year period marked by the pandemic, significant interest rate volatility, changing monetary policy, and ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, investors are increasingly seeking durable income and enhanced risk mitigation. As private lenders continue to play a growing role within the $5+ trillion U.S. commercial real estate mortgage market, real estate private credit has emerged as a compelling alternative income solution.

Join us for a foundational "101" discussion designed to help advisors better understand the growing opportunity set in real estate private credit and its potential role in diversified client portfolios.

Join us as we:

  • Define what real estate private credit is, where it sits within commercial real estate and the key investable segments within the market
  • Discuss the evolution of the market and potential tailwinds driving opportunity today
  • Identify segments we currently believe may offer enhanced risk-adjusted return potential
  • Address real estate private credit’s role within an overall portfolio context, especially as a complement to corporate direct lending and real estate private equity
