Robert Dupree serves as a Principal and Co-Head of the Infrastructure & Impact platform, as well as Co-Portfolio Oversight of the Opportunity Zone strategy at CIM Group^®.

Prior to joining CIM Group in 2015, Mr. Dupree was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management.

Mr. Dupree earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Justin Evans is a 1^st Vice President, Portfolio Oversight, where he serves as Co-Portfolio Oversight of the Opportunity Zone strategy and also oversees the asset management and liquidation efforts across CIM’s Opportunistic Real Estate strategy.

Prior to his current position, he served as a Vice President in CIM’s Real Estate Investment group, covering Southern California. Prior to joining CIM in 2016, Mr. Evans worked in mergers and acquisitions at Moelis & Company.

Mr. Evans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
