Grayscale’s Zach Pandl On Earning Staking Yield With Solana

Akshay BD, Vice President of Solana Foundation, will join Zach Pandl, Head of Research for Grayscale Investments, to discuss the history and function of the Solana blockchain, as well as the impact of adding Solana to client portfolios.

Solana’s blockchain processes smart contract transactions significantly faster than the Ethereum blockchain at minimal cost.  As a result, the Solana blockchain processes over 50 million transactions per day, leading all other blockchains. Investors can now access Solana through Grayscale Solana Trust ETF (GSOL), a Solana ETF that earns and distributes staking yield.

Grayscale is one of the world’s largest crypto asset managers with nearly $50 billion in AUM across exchange-traded and private funds.  Grayscale pioneered the category of exchange-traded crypto assets, launching the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) in 2013. Grayscale’s offerings include single-asset crypto funds, a large cap crypto index fund, ETFs holding crypto equities, and income-focused covered call funds.
