Haik Sahakyan, Founder and CEO of ARQA, joined Julie Cooling, Founder and CEO of RIA Channel, to discuss how advisors can increase efficiency using AI without sacrificing the security of client data.
ARQA is an AI overlay company that seeks to unify disparate sources of data. Clients can monitor the data, run analytics, and seek insights. Users can submit natural language queries using ARQA. While many AI companies seek to organize qualitative data on client meetings, ARQA tracks portfolio-level data and creates operationally efficient workflows for the advisor. ARQA can connect to any system with API access, such as Orion, Addepar, and data lakes.
ARQA leverages the most recent releases of large language models, such as ChatGPT, without exposing the client data to the AI platforms. ARQA is designed to process data as quickly and securely as possible. Rather than entering data manually, advisors can upload documents to the KorScript platform, which can organize data such as capital calls for alternative investment funds. With Discovery, the system can query the advisor’s CRM for details of the last client meeting. The system will generate a summary of changes since the last meeting, such as returns and cash flows.
ARQA is leaning towards enterprise solutions that allow an increasing number of users to access AI tools to get the maximum use of their firm’s data. Because the data is one of the firm’s most important assets, it is important to maximize the value of the data to serve the clients in the most efficient way possible.
