Lindsay DeGrazia is the Head of Alternative Investment Distribution at Advisors Asset Management (AAM), where she leads the firm’s strategy and execution for delivering alternative investment solutions to financial intermediaries and wealth management clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, Lindsay has a strong track record of building and managing successful distribution teams. Prior to joining AAM in 2025, she spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs in senior distribution and portfolio management roles within the Asset & Wealth Management Division, most recently leading the Alternative Sales Field Specialist team in the GSAM Client Solutions Group. She holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University.

Joshua M. Emanuel, CFA Joshua M. Emanuel, CFA Chief Investment Officer Wilshire

Josh is Wilshire’s Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Josh leads the firm’s investment activities, including asset allocation, investment strategy, manager research, portfolio management and quantitative alpha research. He chairs the Wilshire Investment Committee.

Josh re-joined Wilshire in 2015 and has 20 years of industry experience. From 2010 to 2015, Josh served as Chief Investment Officer of The Elements Financial Group, LLC (TEG), where he developed and managed a variety of outcome-oriented investment strategies and exchange-traded funds. Prior to his tenure at TEG, Josh served in several roles at Wilshire from 2004-2010, including head of manager research, head of strategy for Wilshire funds management, and co-chairman of the Wilshire Funds Management Investment Committee. Before 2004, he was responsible for international manager research for Jeffrey Slocum & Associates, Inc.

Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mark Perry Mark Perry Managing Director Wilshire

Mark Perry serves as Managing Director at Wilshire and oversees sourcing, due diligence, and investment monitoring for private markets sectors in the United States and Canada. As Chair of the Private Markets Manager Research and Investment Committees and portfolio manager for the Wilshire Private Assets Fund, Mr. Perry provides strategic guidance and leadership. Since joining Wilshire in 2012, his expertise has been instrumental in advancing the firm’s capabilities in private market investments.

Before his tenure at Wilshire, he held the position of Vice President at Centinela Capital Partners, where he gained extensive experience in investment strategies. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
