Speakers:

Grier Eliasek is President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Prospect Capital Corporation, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Priority Income Fund, Inc. and a Managing Director of Prospect Capital Management, LP. and Prospect Administration LLC. Grier has served on the boards of directors of public and private companies.

Prior to joining Prospect, Grier was a consultant with Bain & Company from 1995 to 1998.

Grier graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia with a BS in Chemical Engineering, where he was a Jefferson Scholar and a Rodman Scholar, and from Harvard Business School.

Joseph Ryu is a Managing Director on PCM’s investment team and has been in finance and real estate since 2001. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across Prospect’s real estate platform.

Prior to joining PCM, Joseph was a Principal at Ares Management, where he worked in the Real Estate Debt group since 2013, and was responsible for originating investments across Ares’ Core, Core-plus and Value-Add credit strategies. Joseph was also responsible for capital markets execution and fundraising for Ares’ real estate funds. Before joining Ares, Joseph was a Director in the Investment Banking group at Duff & Phelps Securities where he worked between 2003-2011.

Joseph received his BA from Tufts University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Joseph is a CFA Charterholder.
