Chris Manning is the CEO of Peak Capital Partners, overseeing all functional areas of the firm. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Manning was a senior vice president at Amstar, and president of Travaasa Experiential Resorts, Amstar’s destination hospitality subsidiary, where he was responsible for Travaasa’s day-to-day activities and management of all property operations, personnel, and financial performance. Prior to his time at Amstar, Mr. Manning was a residential real estate developer where he entitled, designed, built and sold urban infill projects in downtown Denver. Mr. Manning began his career in strategy consulting, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Chris holds a B.S. from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. |

Mr. Danley is the COO at Peak Capital Partners, having joined the firm in October 2014. As COO, Jason is primarily responsible for the day to day operations and long-term success of the firm’s real estate portfolio and operating companies. Prior to joining Peak Capital, Jason was the COO of the Millstream Group, a privately held real estate investment, and holding company. During his nearly 15 years with the Millstream Group, Jason oversaw company operations and asset management teams operating in seven western states. Jason has a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University. |
