Jay Frank Jay Frank President Cantor Fitzgerald Capital

Jay Frank is the President of Cantor Fitzgerald Capital and Chief Operating Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald Investment Management. Cantor Fitzgerald is a global financial services and real estate investment management firm. Jay is involved in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, providing direction and implementing strategic initiatives. In addition, Jay leads distribution efforts, sits on the investment committee and plays an active role in product construction, marketing, and the overall direction of the business. Jay has spent the last 15 years focused exclusively on the commercial real estate and alternative investment industries.

Throughout his career, Jay has been involved in the creation, structuring, launch, capital formation, management and monetization of dozens of real estate strategies with over $30 billion in aggregate value. He has worked closely with wealth management, accounting, tax and legal firms on the education, due diligence and implementation of sophisticated real estate and cash management solutions including Real Estate Investment Trusts, Business Development Companies, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Qualified Opportunity Funds.

Mr. Frank earned a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses and is an Investment Banking Representative.

Carl Goldberg Carl Goldberg Principal Canoe Brook Development

Prior to joining Roseland in 1993, Mr. Goldberg spent his entire real estate career with Bertram Associates, a prominent regional homebuilder. Since the inception of Roseland, Mr. Goldberg has been responsible for securing the entitlements for the development of communities throughout the northeast with a special emphasis on urban waterfront development. He has directed the Roseland production of over 1,500 homes annually including the oversight of Roseland’s flagship endeavor, Port Imperial.

Mr. Goldberg is a former chairman of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, serving under four governors, and the current co-chair of the Rutgers School of Business Center for Real Estate Studies, where he also serves as a professor for graduate students studying real estate development. He is the chairman of the New Jersey Builders Political Action Committee and a former president of the Community Builders Association. Educated at Johns Hopkins University, he received a B.A. in Natural Sciences. He has two daughters and resides in Randolph, New Jersey.

Chris Loeffler Chris Loeffler CEO, Co-Founder Caliber

Chris Loeffler is the CEO and Co-Founder of Caliber and serves as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. As CEO, Chris directs and executes global strategy, oversees investments and fund management, and contributes to private and public capital formation. As a Co-Founder Chris took an early role forming the Company’s financial and operational infrastructure and navigating the vertical integration of all real estate and investment services.

Prior to forming Caliber, Chris served as a Senior Associate in the audit and assurance practice for PwC in Phoenix, Arizona, completing public company audits, developing control systems, and completing several acquisition or sale transactions. Some of Chris clients included Honeywell International, Inc., CSK Auto Inc., Verizon Communications, Inc., Republic Services, Inc., Car Wash Partners, Inc., and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Chris is also a Board Director for Qwick, Inc., a venture-funded hospitality staffing marketplace.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Chris also attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid (University of Madrid) in Madrid, Spain.

Jack Tycher Jack Tycher Partner Canoe Brook Development

Jack Tycher is responsible for the day-to-day land acquisition, development and construction activities for Canoe Brook Development. Prior to joining Canoe Brook Development, Mr. Tycher was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Roseland Property Company. During his tenure, he directed the acquisition, pre-development and asset management responsibilities for over 3,000 units of multifamily properties valued in excess $750 million. Prior to Roseland Property Company, Mr. Tycher worked as a financial analyst at Hines Interests. He received an MBA from George Washington University. He is married with two children and lives in Montclair, NJ.

Marshall Tycher Marshall Tycher Principal Canoe Brook Development

Mr. Tycher co-founded Roseland in 1992 and directed the Company’s multifamily development platform overseeing the design, construction and leasing of $2 billion in residential development from Washington to Boston. Prior to founding Roseland in 1992, he began his career with Lincoln Property Company in 1979 and was appointed the Texas operating partner in 1981. In 1987, Mr. Tycher established Lincoln Northeast Residential as its Managing Regional Partner. During his 14 year tenure at Lincoln he developed 11,000 apartments in eight states. Mr. Tycher currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Roseland Residential Trust, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and oversees a $1 billion development program and the operation of 8,000 apartments.

Mr. Tycher received a BSBA from the University of Denver, a Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Texas State Bar. He is married and lives in New York City.

Rob Woomer Rob Woomer President Peachtree PC Investors

Rob is the President of Equity Capital Markets and the President of Peachtree PC Investors, LLC, Peachtree’s broker-dealer affiliate. He is responsible for developing and executing capital strategy for growth and serves as the primary contact with the investor community.

During his tenure, Peachtree has sponsored numerous closed-end real estate private equity funds and invested in over $3 billion of hotel assets. Prior to joining Peachtree Hotel Group, Rob spent 14 years as a real estate investment banker, focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity placement for public and private real estate entities and asset portfolios. Most recently he was Director and Head of Private Equity of KeyBank’s real estate team, and prior to that held similar positions at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a boutique investment banking firm based in New York, and Wachovia Securities. Rob has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and BS from the College of William and Mary. He also spent the first part of his career as a CPA. Rob holds his Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 FINRA licenses.
