Kevin Kelly is the CEO & Managing Partner at Benchmark Investments. Mr. Kelly responsibilities include the development and implementation of real estate, equity, and option investment strategies establishing firm investment policy. He is also responsible for the integration of both global macro and market valuation into a well-defined investment view, rationale, and strategy for portfolio construction.

Brad Case, PhD, CFA, CAIA is senior vice president, research & industry information for NAREIT. Dr. Case has researched residential and commercial real estate markets, domestically and globally, for more than 25 years. His research encompasses investment return characteristics including returns, volatilities, and correlations with other assets; measuring appreciation in property values; inflation protection; use of DCC-GARCH and Markov regime switching models to measure and predict investment characteristics; the length of the real estate market cycle; and the role of the investment horizon. He has a particular interest in the relationship between listed and unlisted real estate markets. He holds patents as the co-inventor of the FTSE NAREIT PureProperty® index methodology and the backward-forward trading contract. Dr. Case holds degrees from Williams College and the University of California at Berkeley, and earned his Ph.D. in Economics at Yale University where he worked with Robert Shiller and William Goetzmann.

He was a founder of PwC’s Real Estate Advisory practice, and has over 30 years of experience serving a wide array of real estate investors, foreign and domestic. Mitch is a widely-recognized commentator on real estate, housing, business trends, capital markets, the retail industry and the economy. He is a frequent public speaker, and a regular guest on Fox Business Network, a panel member on FBN’s Mornings with Maria, was well as a guest on Bloomberg TV and Radio. Mitch is the creator and co-host of 7DayYield a PwC-sponsored, weekly YouTube program covering trends in the financial services industry. He is the co publisher of Emerging Trends in Real Estate, a widely-circualted global annual market forecast.
An active proponent of corporate social responsibility, Mitch serves as a trustee of the PwC Charitable Foundation, where he leads its grant-making efforts in youth education and financial literacy. Additionally, Mitch is a member of the Board of Directors of PENCIL.
He resides in Armonk, New York, with his wife Debbie and their teenage twin boys, and their golden retriever Charlie.
