12:00pm – 12:30pm ET
Historical Context for Market Leadership

With opportunities to diversify beyond the Magnificent Seven, investors can build their core portfolio allocations with trusted “cash cow” companies, or firms that have demonstrated stable cash flow.

12:30pm - 1:00pm ET
Rethinking Value

The Pacer Cash Cows ETF Series has grown to over $35 billion in AUM as investors continue to seek stocks with free cash flow. You are likely familiar with our large cap value fund COWZ, but the series has also seen growth across small cap and international. I invite you to learn why we believe free cash flow yield is redefining value investing.

1:00pm - 1:30pm ET
Rethinking Growth

While you may be familiar with the value side of the Pacer Cash Cows Series, the growth side is equally innovative. The Pacer Cash Cows growth series uses a free cash flow margin (free cash flow/sales) screen to identify top growth companies. Historically, free cash flow margin has been a better indicator of excess returns than sales growth. Sean will be covering the history and research behind the Cash Cows Growth Strategy. He will expand upon portfolio implementation as well.

1:30pm - 2:00pm ET
Covered Calls Aren’t the Only Way to Get Income From an Equity Portfolio

Covered call strategies excelled in the down market of 2022. However, during recent periods of market strength, covered call strategies historically have underperformed. These included the sharp rally in 2020, the extended rally in 2021, and the market recovery experienced in 2023. Fortunately, there are other ways to get income from an equity portfolio.

2:00pm – 2:30pm ET
Know Your Possible Outcomes

Structured outcome strategies, buffer, and defined outcome ETFs may go by different names, yet they share a common goal: providing investors with some predictability by capping market upside while offering protection on the downside through a buffer. Sean O’Hara will be joined by Marc Odo, Client Portfolio Manager at Swan Global Investments to discuss the ins and outs of buffer strategies as well as ways to implement them into your portfolio.

2:30pm - 3:00pm ET
Supercharging your Practice’s Growth

In this session, we will discuss two transformative practice management techniques that financial advisors can utilize to transform their business. These strategies focus on two key areas for financial advisors to expand their business: increasing assets from existing clients and increasing net new households.
