Jerry V. Swank founded Swank Capital in 2001 and its wholly owned SEC-registered investment adviser in 2003. He has over 40 years of experience in investment management and research analysis. Mr. Swank was formerly President and CEO of John S. Herold, Inc, an oil and gas research/consulting company (now part of IHS). He spent 14 years with CS First Boston, where he was a Director and Southwestern Regional Sales Manager. He worked seven years as a buy-side analyst and portfolio manager. Mr. Swank holds a B.A. in Economics (University of Missouri) and an M.B.A. (University of North Texas). Mr. Swank has served on the boards of John S. Herold Inc., Matador Petroleum and Advantage Acceptance Inc.

Charlie Reinhard is Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Strategy at New York Life & MainStay Investments. Charlie leads MainStay’s portfolio construction and investment thought leadership efforts across the Mutual Funds and ETFs. Previously, Charlie held positions such as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Director of Portfolio Strategy and Associate Director of Research at Neuberger Berman and Chief Market Strategist at ABN AMRO. Charlie has an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a B.S. in Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
