His prior experience includes acquisitions and due diligence, financial analysis, dispositions, and asset management for over $2 Billion in real estate and related assets. Ethan holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BA in Economics from UC Davis, a Certificate in Light Construction & Development Management, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
