As President, Derek oversees the capital formation functions and investment processing for the funds offered by Virtua. Currently, Derek is heavily involved in raising and deploying capital for Opportunity Zones, a new tax provision that offer immense capital gains taxes while making a social impact on distressed economic locations within the US. Mr. Uldricks holds a Series 65 license from FINRA.

As EVP, Greg leads the sales team in raising capital for Virtua’s various investment offerings. Greg works primarily with high net worth individual investors, RIA’s, and institutions. Greg has spent 20 years in the financial sector, working primarily as a Portfolio Consultant for Schwab Private Client and as an independent financial advisor. Greg joined Virtua Partners in May of 2018 and has since raised over $100M in equity. Greg is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds Series 7,9,10,63, & 66 licenses with FINRA.

Ethan leads Virtua Credit Corporation based in Newport Beach, California. Ethan has many years of commercial real estate experience, including the origination and placement of capital of over $600MM in commercial assets. Previously he served as a Director for Newport Beach and Beverly Hills based Capital Advisory Firms. His prior experience includes acquisitions and due diligence, financial analysis, dispositions, and asset management for over $2 Billion in real estate and related assets. Ethan holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BA in Economics from UC Davis, a Certificate in Light Construction & Development Management, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
