Summary:

Now On Demand.

The U.S. industrial market has cemented itself as the most in-demand commercial property sector, fueled by an unprecedented increase in e-commerce sales due to the pandemic. Ten years ago, e-commerce sales accounted for just 6.4% of total retail purchases. In 2020, U.S. consumers purchased 21.3% online for a total of $861 billion, an incredible increase of 44.0% compared with 2019. This trend has led e-commerce and logistics companies to rapidly expand their distribution networks, resulting in record low vacancies and record high rents for modern industrial real estate properties.

CRG has delivered more than $12 billion of private real estate and was named the No. 1 developer in 2020 by Midwest Real Estate News. During this in-depth discussion, CRG will share:

  • The benefits of investing in industrial real estate
  • The pandemic’s impact on our distribution network and the opportunity presented by this “new normal”
  • How to opportunistically invest in modern, institutional industrial projects
