Innovator’s Defined Outcome ETFs put guardrails around market exposure. Investors can earn upside returns to a cap with a built-in downside buffer. Various products linked to SPY are offered, including choices of downside protection: 9%, 15% or 30% over a one-year period.
In addition to the Defined Outcome ETF linked to returns of the S&P 500, additional ETFs offer 15% buffers on other indices including the Nasdaq 100, small caps, developed international and emerging markets stocks, as well as twenty-year Treasury bonds. In April of 2023, Innovator launched The Premium Income Barrier ETFs series, which is designed to deliver enhanced equity income, while offering downside barrier choices of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%.
