How to Pursue Yield in Retirement: The Targeted 7% Distribution Strategy – Nasdaq – 4.29.19

Summary:

Now On Demand.

As more of your clients think about retirement, they will undoubtedly look to their savings for a steady, dependable and consistent distribution to help pay monthly bills and debt. In this period of low interest rates, however, few retirees have sufficient savings to fund future withdrawal requirements with a portfolio of government-guaranteed bank deposits or U.S. Treasuries, let alone maintaining any expectation of keeping pace with inflation. What can advisors do to help clients in this drawdown period? In this webinar, attendees will learn:

  • How to potentially satisfy the monthly cash distribution requirements of advisors and their clients
  • How a targeted distribution that includes return of capital can help investors maximize the after-tax value of distributions
  • The methodology underlying the Nasdaq 7HANDL Index and discuss how high-Sharpe-Ratio portfolios can help investors better meet their long-term income needs
  • An overview of the performance of the Strategy Shares Nasdaq 7HANDL Index ETF during its first year of operation
  • The performance of the Nasdaq 7HANDL Index compared to broad market indexes and other high-income investing strategies
