Mr. Lyons is a 37-year veteran of the mortgage banking and real estate industries and has founded, built, and sold several mortgage banking platforms. Mr. Lyons has been an initial investor and owner of a commercial bank, a title company, a consumer finance company, a mortgage bank, and has sponsored numerous residential and commercial real estate ventures.

In 2013, Mr. Lyons co-founded LYNK Capital, a Private Equity Fund that provides capital to real estate investors, builders and developers. He has been an active private lender overseeing over a billion dollars in private mortgage loans.

After serving on the boards of several schools, he now volunteers teaching personal finance and has written a book about increasing wealth through mortgage investing titled “Be the Bank”. He currently serves on the board of a private leadership and college preparatory school. Mr. Lyons is married with four children and lives in Florida and Maryland.
Jarrod Ellis Jarrod Ellis Principal LYNK Capital

Mr. Ellis has a 21 year career in which he has been a management consultant, owned and operated national mortgage banking platforms, national title companies, private equity funds focused on real estate and oil and gas assets, a general contracting business, and has been a private lender to builders, real estate investors, and developers. He has purchased, developed and sold dozens of residential and commercial properties in the Carolinas. Mr. Ellis is currently a Principal at LYNK Capital, serving as the Business Development Director for the private equity fund, which provides capital to builders, real estate investors, and developers. Mr. Ellis is an honors graduate of Clemson University (B.S. Industrial Engineering), and he resides in the Charlotte, NC area with his wife of 21 years and their 3 children.
