Joe Rodriguez is a Director, Portfolio Specialist, with New York Life & MainStay Investments. He is responsible for providing economic and capital market updates as well as representing all of MainStay’s solutions to the retail brokerage community. Through his support alongside MainStay’s regional vice presidents in the field, he helps financial institutions build well thought-out investment strategies. With over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, Joe has been educating financial professionals and their clients about ways to accumulate funds and build a reliable retirement income stream.

Joe joined New York Life & MainStay Investments in 2007. Prior to joining New York Life & MainStay Investments, Joe was with AB as Vice President of Product Management and Development, responsible for their Growth Equity product line. He previously held positions at UBS Global Asset Management, dedicated to their suite of subadvised portfolios, as well as Citibank and JPMorganChase where he was a Mutual Fund Product Manager. He has been a featured speaker at regional and national meetings for companies including Ameriprise, Cetera, Raymond James, LPL, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Wells Fargo. Joe is a graduate of both St. John’s University and the Lubin School at Pace University.
