Jerry V. Swank founded Swank Capital in 2001 and its wholly owned SEC-registered investment adviser in 2003. He has over 40 years of experience in investment management and research analysis. Mr. Swank was formerly President and CEO of John S. Herold, Inc, an oil and gas research/consulting company (now part of IHS). He spent 14 years with CS First Boston, where he was a Director and Southwestern Regional Sales Manager. He worked seven years as a buy-side analyst and portfolio manager. Mr. Swank holds a B.A. in Economics (University of Missouri) and an M.B.A. (University of North Texas). Mr. Swank has served on the boards of John S. Herold Inc., Matador Petroleum and Advantage Acceptance Inc.

John Musgrave

John Musgrave has worked as an investment analyst in the energy industry since 2004. Mr. Musgrave previously worked in Citigroup’s investment banking division where he focused on corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions in a wide range of industries, including energy MLPs. He also worked as an analyst for UBS Investment Bank’s Global Energy Group. Mr. Musgrave joined Cushing Asset Management in 2007, and his roles include research and portfolio management for the firm’s MLP-related funds. Mr. Musgrave received his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Matt Lemme

Matthew A. Lemme has worked in investment management, management consulting, and investment banking since 1998, with a focus on the energy sector since 2000. Prior to joining Cushing Asset Management, he was most recently a Managing Director at Highland Capital Management as well as an equity research analyst at UBS. Mr. Lemme earned a BS in Management from Villanova University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He joined the firm in 2012.

Saket Kumar

Saket Kumar has worked in investment management and investment banking focused on the energy and industrials sector since 2007. Before joining the firm in his current role, he was an analyst at Citadel Investment Group in their long short market neutral hedge fund strategy, an investment Banker at Bear Stearns and a marine engineer at Anglo Eastern Ship Management. Mr. Kumar earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor in Engineering from Marine Engineering and Research Institute in India. He joined the firm in 2012.

Parker began his financial services career in 1995 with Salomon Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor in the New Orleans, LA complex. After 10 years as an Advisor and obtaining his Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.), he then moved into management with Smith Barney’s Consulting Group (The Consulting Group) as a Regional Sales Director, focusing on Fee-Based practice management and Advisory Solutions. In 2008, he ascended to the National Business Development Directors role with The Consulting Group focused on driving adoption of open architecture and “Rep as Advisor” platforms. In 2010, following the integration of the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint venture, he joined Cushing Asset Management as Senior Managing Director and Head of Business Development to specifically design, build, and launch the Firm’s open-end mutual fund platform and subsequently helped facilitate the strategic partnership now established with NY Life’s Mainstay Funds. He sits on the Executive Committee at Cushing Asset Management, has a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College, and an M.B.A. from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business. He lives in Dallas, TX and is originally from New Orleans, LA.
