Passionate about sustainable investment, Abass is an alumnus of HEC Challenge Plus Afrique, a specialized program for high-growth potential startups in Africa. Demonstrating his commitment to positive change, he contributed to developing a smart and decentralized solar photovoltaic network in West Africa, addressing the energy needs of 2000 rural households requiring 300W each.

Tonderai Leonel Njowera is an infrastructure specialist and sustainable finance professional with a background in civil engineering, climate finance, and impact investment. He holds a Master of Leadership in Sustainable Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, complemented by expert certifications in Climate, Islamic, and Sustainable Finance. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil and Water Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe.

Beginning his career as a civil engineer, Tonde led projects in mining, real estate, renewable energy, and water-sanitation across Zimbabwe. He later co-founded ImpactVest’s consulting division, which delivers sustainable finance and impact investment advisory services across sectors and geographies.

At ImpactVest, he leads the development of the firm’s proprietary impact investment framework, designed to align capital with long-term environmental and societal progress.

Driven by a commitment to systems change, Tonde brings a deep interest in regenerative infrastructure, inclusive finance, and values-based leadership.
