She is a regular guest and guest host on many CNBC programs, as well as on Fox Business News, Nightly Business Report, Bloomberg TV & Radio, CNN, Wall Street Week, PBS NewsHour, Yahoo! Finance and TheStreet.com. She was a regular panelist and guest host on PBS’s original Wall $treet Week With Louis Rukeyser. Liz Ann has been named one of SmartMoney’s “Power 30,” their list of the most influential people on Wall Street; the best strategist of the year by Kiplinger’s; one of the “25 Most Powerful Women in Finance” by American Banker/US Banker; and one of the “50 Top Women in Wealth” by Wealth Manager/AdvisorOne. Most recently, she was named to the “IA 25” by Investment Advisor, their list of the 25 most important people in and around the financial advisory profession.
In 2005, Liz Ann was appointed to and served on the President’s Advisory Panel on Federal Tax Reform, President Bush’s bi-partisan tax reform commission. From 2007 through 2013 Liz Ann served on the national board of directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America; and now serves on its CT Chapter’s board. In 2008 Liz Ann was honored by the Girl Scouts of New York as an “Exceptional Role Model for Young Women.”
Liz Ann received her B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Delaware, and has served on its Investment Visiting Committee since 2000. In 2013 Liz Ann was inducted onto the University’s “Alumni Wall of Fame” alongside Vice President Joe Biden and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie; and gave the Winter Commencement Address in 2014 for which she received an honorary doctorate degree. She received her M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

Joe is CEO and co-founder of Arrow Investment Advisors, LLC, the advisor to Arrow Funds and ArrowShares. His industry experience of more than 25 years includes six years at Rydex Investments. As Director of Product Development, he was responsible for researching new strategic opportunities, as well as creating high-quality and innovative investment products and services. Prior to Rydex, Joe spent 12 years at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors as an analyst and senior financial examiner, where he advised Fed officers and board officials on financial, operational and managerial enhancements. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The George Washington University, where he majored in finance and minored in accounting.

With 20 years’ experience in property research, Alice is Head of the Global Real Estate Research team. She manages a team of several analysts who are devoted to researching the direct property market in Europe, the US and Asia.
Alice works alongside Austin Mitchell, Global Head of Business Development, jointly running the Research & Development (R&D) function, which ensures our research is applied and remains at the forefront of product development. The R&D team identifies global, structural trends and finds appropriate opportunities for real estate investors.
Alice is a member of the Property Investment Committee and the Global Product Committee, ensuring the research feeds into every stage of the investment process and product development. She is also a member of the Investment Property Forum, the Society of Property Researchers, INREV and the International Council of Shopping Centres.
Alice has a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Southampton.

Dimitry Griko is the Chief Investment Officer for Fixed Income at EG Capital Advisors, a global emerging and developed markets investment business, with a focus on public and private equity and high yield emerging market debt. Dimitry began his current role in 2015, bringing 15 years’ experience in asset management. Prior to joining TH Real Estate in 2017, Melissa was with MetLife Investment Management where she oversaw all research and strategy related activities with a focus on real estate. Previously, she was with Aberdeen Asset Management where she created its Americas research platform.
Melissa has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in Economics from The University of Chicago. She serves as the Chair of the National Council Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries research committee and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council research committee and the International Council Shopping Centres North American research task force. Melissa is also active in the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and Pension Real Estate Association.

In 1985, President Reagan names Mr. Forbes Chairman of the bi-partisan Board for International Broadcasting (BIB). In this position, he oversaw the operations of Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty.
