John Frank QQQ Equity Product Strategist PowerShares by Invesco
John Frank is the QQQ Equity Product Strategist that represents the PowerShares family of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). In his role, John works on researching, developing product-specific strategies and creating thought leadership to position and promote the PowerShares QQQ. Prior to joining PowerShares, John was an Assistant Portfolio Manager at RS Core Capital, a multi-asset class investment firm. In this role, John’s primary responsibilities included research, risk management and asset allocation with a focus on the equity and hedge portfolios. Before RS Core Capital, John spent six years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management advising institutional investors on asset/liability management, asset allocation and pension regulation and worked across the Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Endowment and Foundation segments. John began his career at General Electric in a leadership development program where he was placed within the GE Energy division. John has a BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Analytic Finance, Econometrics, and Statistics. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma Society.
Cameron Lilja Director of Product Development Nasdaq Global Information Services
Cameron Lilja is the Director of Product Development for Nasdaq Global Information Services. He is responsible for the development of innovative, market-leading indexes, including the research and content generation necessary to support a successful index launch. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at industry events, discussing topics from smart beta to stock buybacks. Cameron previously served as a Senior Analyst for Nasdaq’s Economic and Statistical Research team where he had the opportunity to advise all Nasdaq business lines while working on initiatives in the U.S. and Europe to improve market structure, encourage capital formation, and enhance trading efficiency. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Cameron worked as a research analyst at Economists Incorporated and RBB Economics. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Dickinson College.

Prior to co-founding Lucena with Dr. Tucker Balch, Erez was the founder of Objectware Inc, a web technology company, which was sold in 2007 to Bridgeline Digital. Erez was instrumental in growing Bridgeline and in its transition to the public domain on Nasdaq. Erez also assumed Bridgeline’s Chief Operating Officer through 2011.
