John Feyerer is the Vice President and Director of Invesco PowerShares Equity ETF Product Strategy. Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC is a registered investment advisor that sponsors the PowerShares family of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Invesco PowerShares is Leading the Intelligent ETF Revolution®, a new generation of ETFs.
In this role, Mr. Feyerer oversees Invesco PowerShares’ product management functions including the development and implementation of strategies and tactics for product positioning and the coordination of product-related marketing. He has been quoted in Barron’s, the Wall Street Journal, Investment News and numerous trade publications, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events. Since joining Invesco PowerShares in April 2005, Mr. Feyerer led business operations at Invesco PowerShares and served in a regional sales capacity.
Prior to joining Invesco PowerShares, Mr. Feyerer served in a variety of operating, financial, and strategic roles over 14 years at The ServiceMaster Company based in suburban Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Feyerer earned a BA/MA in communications from Wheaton College and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Loyola University Chicago. He holds the Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Chicago. He also serves as an Associate Editor for The Journal of Index Investing.

Dave Gedeon is Vice President of Nasdaq Global Information Services, which encompasses Nasdaq Global Indexes. Gedeon is responsible for the index product management, development and research of Nasdaq Global Indexes, a leading global index provider that calculates more than 40,000 indexes spanning all major asset classes and geographies.
Under Gedeon’s direction, Nasdaq has launched thousands of indexes resulting in both innovative benchmarks and index-tracking products. Notable launches include the Nasdaq US All Market Family, the Nasdaq Multi-Asset Family, the Nasdaq Commodity Index Family. Gedeon was also instrumental in leading the expansion of the Nasdaq Dividend AchieversTM brand.
Gedeon holds a B.A. in economics from Denison University.

Jay Gragnani (“JayG”) joined Nasdaq Global Information Services with Nasdaq’s acquisition of Dorsey, Wright & Associates (DWA) in 2015. At Nasdaq, Gragnani leads all efforts related to the research and development of the DWA indexes and products. Gragnani began his career as an intern at DWA, gaining valuable insight and experience. As an analyst for DWA, he regularly conducts market research and contributes original writings to the “Daily Equity & Market Analysis Report” and is a primary contributor to a number of specialized ETF reports. In addition to having been a guest on financial radio programs and a speaker at local universities, Gragnani has conducted training sessions with investors and financial professionals around the world including Australia, Canada, Egypt, Malaysia, Mexico, and UK. For the past few years, he has overseen the production of the DWA Point & Figure Institutes, which are multiple conferences conducted for financial professionals twice a year. Gragnani also has been an integral part of the team on the product development side of bringing new ETF products to market. Gragnani is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a degree in Finance, and resides in Richmond, VA, with his wife Jennifer and son and daughter.
Exchange-Traded Fund Strategist
Ryan Issakainen is Senior Vice President, Exchange-Traded Fund Strategist for First Trust, which he joined in January of 2000. He is a recipient of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and holds a B.A. and an M.A from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. As an ETF Strategist, Ryan provides in-depth analysis and commentary related to ETF investing. He is a contributor to the First Trust Investment Insights blog, and authors the quarterly Inside First Trust ETFs Newsletter. Since 2008, several thousand investment advisors have participated in Ryan’s monthly ETF webcast. He frequently speaks at ETF industry events and conferences throughout the US. Ryan has appeared on a number of national television and radio outlets including CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg Radio. He has also given interviews to several print outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Investor’s Business Daily, Bloomberg, Reuters, US News and World Report, Fortune Magazine, the LA Times, and Investment Advisor magazine, for which he authored a monthly column on ETF investing. Ryan is actively involved in his community, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse, NY.
Director of Product Development
Cameron Lilja is the Director of Product Development for Nasdaq Global Information Services. He is responsible for the development of innovative, market-leading indexes, including the research and content generation necessary to support a successful index launch. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at industry events, discussing topics from smart beta to stock buybacks. Cameron previously served as a Senior Analyst for Nasdaq’s Economic and Statistical Research team where he had the opportunity to advise all Nasdaq business lines while working on initiatives in the U.S. and Europe to improve market structure, encourage capital formation, and enhance trading efficiency.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Cameron worked as a research analyst at Economists Incorporated and RBB Economics. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Dickinson College.

Andy is a 1991 graduate of DePaul University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He began his career in 1991 at Zachs Investment Research Group, serving as an Investment Research Analyst and also in Equity Research Sales. In 1993 Andy joined First Trust Portfolios L.P. and currently serves as Senior Vice President, National Accounts/ETFs/401(k), Sales Management. He holds the Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Andy’s achievements include being a Veteran of the U.S. Army and also a five time Chicago Marathon runner. Andy resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife Kate and three young children.
